BACKGROUND Michael and Gri Waldron formed Waldron Group Inc. (WGI) in 1993 with a working DBA of Exponents OC/LA. Exponents OC/LA sold the Exponents display system exclusively for many years and are still representatives in this region. However, per clients needs, WGI slowly began to provide many other products and services. In late 2002, it became apparent “Exponents OC/LA” no longer accurately described what the company was all about, so the corporate name was changed to the legal corporate name “Waldron Group, Inc.” WGI has been at their current location since 1997. The owners, Michael and Gri Waldron have worked together in the Exhibit industry since 1983, (22) twenty-two years.
